So it looks like the tc 3000 dual 4-15" is out of stock, I had my heart set on it to dont want the 2000.

So does the sound splinter sub compare with it pretty good? this one? or any others in the same price range?

yah its kind of small I was hoping to maybe buy the 5000 or whatever it is, but I asked the girl... and she said "I thought that money you got for the krell was gonna be all mines" what can I say she works more then I do. I work about 20 hours a week she works 80-90 hours a week Sold a couple of HD DVDS and blu ray disc's. But it isnt enough for the amp. Just teh speaker and box. I am gonna have to sneak around her and take out some money from the bank

The Audioque HD3 is compareable... i was lookin at the same subs and a few people recommended I look at this one... its a beauty.. Made by DD I believe

I ended up buying the tc2000 15" last night. Talked to a couple of people and they said for my application the tc2000 is better then the tc3000.

With the new tall surround their really is no difference from what kyle says, just that the tc3000 can perform in a smaller box. Also handles about 500 more watts or so.

So the box is gonna be double sided all around with internal bracing. So 3 sheets of mdf, box will be around 200lbs before the driver or amp I cant wait asked th box builder if he had time to finish it off in high gloss black.

I could of built it. But it would of looked like doo doo. It would of sounded the same but it would of had cricket cuts for sure, thanks to the local lumber yard not giving an ish like always. I had them build me about 10 boxes for my spl ride all of them had f-up cuts. some as bad as 1/2 an inch.

I am not sure whats up with his extreme class numbers, but maybe he used his daily driver for some and I remember he had a little car with all sony amps and subs. Him and jacob fincher got an explorer in street c to a 154 running sony 600 watt amps and kicker l7s
