8-9wpc @ 8 ohms. 'Bout the same as a 300B for half the cost. Of course, they take a helluva lot more plate voltage to get that, which means larger transformers and heavier overall weight :)Quote:

Pshhh weight is good. I'd aim for 30w at 8-10ohm.
They're single ended...you do realize how much goes into getting 30W out of a SET design :D Talking about 211's, 845's...transmitting tubes with graphite cathodes and voltages exceeding 1KV. Not to mention transformers that cost almost as much as my entire system put together...Quote:
