i've used bother brands and i like the panasonic for simplicity, but for sound i think alpine would be your best bet, kinda hard to set up

I think the Panasonic sounds fairly good and definitely looks better than the Alpine.

    Re: ok which h.u???

im not saying u have to pick the alpine. there are other decent lookin decks out that are good when it comes to sound quality. panasonic isnt THAT bad, its just not that good in the sound department. if ur willing to sacrifice some sound for appearance, im sure u'd be happy with the panasonic. its not gonna sound like complete ****, just not completely up to par with what most of us look for in sq. not trying to bash ur decision badly (sorry about that), but this isnt really the place to come if ur looking for looks>sound. i do admit, sure it looks nice, but just a little blingy for my tastes. thats all.
