lights out on faceplate

i have an alpine CDM-7874 and the light for the source, band and the seek buttons doesnt work anymore, is there anything to do to fix it? or do i just have to by a new faceplate?

When i bought my cda-9833, the blue and green kept going out for those four buttons. I had ordered from crutchfield and they sent me a new replacement radio. I simply changed the faceplate and it worked correctly. It seems to me (I am NOT an electrition) that the light just had a loose connection. When i would push on the top it would work, push on the bottom of face, it would go out. Easiest thing would be to get a new faceplate. Are you still under warranty?

Did they go out all at once or over time???

If they went out all at once and your deck is detachable, you could try cleaning the contacts really good. My older Premier deck did that to me and cleaning the contacts fixed this problem.
