Thougts on the Alpine CDA-9835

My car was recently broken into and my stereo was stolen, however I have got my money from the Insurance company and am now in the market for a new HU. I was considering getting the Alpine CDA-9835, and was wondering what you guys thought about it? I also was reading elsewhere that the HU had a problem with its crossover, is this true? Let me know what you guys think, I am looking to make my decision next week.

The other deck I was considering was the Pioneer DEH-8600MP, let me know which one is better.

Alpine, it's excellent! I love mine to death, great deck, features, beautiful! Never heard of OR had any problems with the xovers. (I don't use them anyway, i have defeat on which defaults to my amp's xovers, since my entire system is amped.) But anyway, 9835 hands down. peace
