In my opinion MIXTRAX is a novelty that probably would be ignored after the first week of ownership, but I haven't tried it. You can probably go to any Best Buy and try it out with your own music.

    Re: Pioneer Mixtrax

its a nice feature if you do get a pioneer deck with MIXTRAX make sure its a newer one because with the new mixtrack you can adjust the playback times on your songs I use to set my times for random so some songs will play for 1min others would play through all the way also with the new mixtracks you can turn the sound effects off so your music just fades in and out its a nice for long drives

    Re: Pioneer Mixtrax

I have an 80prs, x700bt and a x6500bt haven't used it in any of them, don't really have a use for it. I don't want sound effects or to adjust playback time. I think it's more a sales feature than anything else.

    Re: Pioneer Mixtrax

I have it, but not a fan of it.
At first I thought it was nice having the head unit flash to the beat of the song, then it got really annoying.
