flip out deck suggestions ?

I have always wanted to install a flip out deck and just cant really find the right now. I would like to have the Bluetooth and possibly build in or optional navigation, I don't really want to spend over $250

Is there a reason you dont want a double din? With the flipout you'd have to wait for it to flip out every time you get in the car.

i have a 2000 chevy tahoe and it only has a single din

you need to look at kenwood flip outs for your tahoe ,because of the way they slide out ,they wont hit the dash and the screen will be in the upright position like its supposed to .i had a 99 and the kenwood was the only one that would work and still look nice .you wont find one for 250 tho ,not even used .mines for sale but i want 575 shipped ,its a navi unit as well

just cut the bezel for a double din ,thats what i did for my 99 z 71

what else did u do to keep it secure and such?

it actually has a small self that the back of the deck sits on and its tight , also made some temporary inserts to cover the holes on the sides until i glass it in

+1 kenwood flipout is really the only option for that vehicle, without cutting the dash. All other flip outs will hit the shifter and will need spaced out from the dash.
