Pioneer DEH-P4000UB? Is it good?

I have the Pioneer DEG-P4000UB head unit and was wondering if it is good. I am new to car audio stuff and need all the help I can get. Is it atleast a decent HU?

I need a HU with a USB plug for my ipod or atleast an Aux plugin for sure if you want to give me suggestions on other HU to look at. Thanks

The deck should be fine, I've always had good results with Pioneer decks. I have the DEH-P8300UB sitting in my room waiting to go in once I got the last parts of my system. This is the one I got

I've installed a bunch of pioneer decks...pretty much anything above the 3100 should do anything you need it to. (don't flame...he said he's a noob)
