Problem tuning radio

Hi all, i purchased a new work van which has a pioneer DEH-P800PRS head unit installed. Well i trying to tune stations in i.e kiss 100.0 but for some reason the frequency wont stop on even ending number i.e 100.00, 97.0 but it will always stop on 97.9, 101.1 ive tryed manual tuning and auto tuning to no avail please can someone advise me on how to cure this.

what stations ever stop on an even number? maybe in the uk, but not here in the states. i've never seen a station not end with an odd number.
