Decent low (<$120) budget headunit
Neighbor is looking for a pretty simple headunit mp3/CD player for his new (to him) 98 Ram. Couple sets of RCA's would be nice to have when I talk him into throwing some more power in, but til then, Simple controls and decent quality will do.
What are some good choices out there?

ebay it but if you want something local i recently installed a new sony deck for my friend and i was impressed and it was around your price range.
