iPod Touch issues w/Pioneer AVH-P4200

Hey fellas. When I first installed the Pioneer AVH-P4200 HU, I've tried my ipod touch (2nd Gen) and it was working fine, with the exception of fuzzy art work display. After pressing a few buttons, just to get use to the HU, the ipod does not work anymore. It reads "Error 06-206" or something like that. However, when I plug up my ipod nano, it works perfectly fine. Has anyone came across this issue as well?
