Head Unit that plays Cassettes and Cd's

Are there any units out there that are nice quality and play with good sound quality cd's and cassettes? Maybe even be able to plug the ipod in and such.

I just found a big box full of cassettes from my parents and i think it would be pretty cool to be able to put them to use in my classic. But not if its gonna take a shitty head unit to do that.

record the tapes to your comp and burn em on cd. or torrent them. you already have the original, you'd be downloading to back up your collection

it takes a double din to have rooom for both types of playback and cassettes weren't ever really good.

agreed, buying a HU because your parents have a lot of cassettes isn't the best idea. go to wal-mart or target and see if you can even FIND a cassette player and see whats on those tapes first.

Tape SQ ***** up front, and the tapes deteriorate over time and with use. Don't bother unless you don't care about music that sounds like it's being played underwater

Ya i would just get them on cd's one place to get them on cd's dirt cheap AMAZON! you can get a cd for like 2 bucks.

Sansui used to make a single din am/fm/cd/cassette player, that thing was weird..But yeh tapes **** just burn them on cd or DL the same music..Amazon is THE place for CD's, or you can buy MP3 albums cheap and DL them now...
