    Bon Jovi HU

Not actually Bon Jovi, but his 2nd cousin came out with a JVC HU with this Bongiovi Digital Powerstation chip in it. Read for yourself:

"The Bongiovi Acoustics Digital Power Station ™ is a digital processing method that maximizes the frequency response of the speakers, the capability of the amplifier and the acoustic properties of your vehicle’s passenger compartment. All vehicles have unique acoustic properties such as speaker placement and passenger compartment design. Each car line has been custom tuned by Bongiovi Acoustics engineers to provide the optimum listening experience. The Bongiovi Acoustics Digital Power Station ™ processing power produces rich, full sound and also compensates for any inherent volume differences that may exist between audio sources or program material."

Anyone seen or used this HU before. I got a chance to get my hands on one for cheap.

I can get this for $100. I guess it is a dealer only HU. I will hear a demo of it this week and post my thoughts. Sounds like a gimmick to me.

Yeah I saw it on crutchfield, I'm just interested because I like JVC decks, it's got 3 sets of preouts, and its $130 shipped with a dash kit and harness, I don't care about the bongiovi acoustics feature as a long as the sound is good with out that feature engaged.
