if you asked a more specific question you'd probably get an answer IE, "how do i adjust xover settings using this HU?" etc etc...

sure it does...considering ive owned a 9831 and the manual did explain everything about the HU...

as i said, i owned a 9831. thats the point of the user manual, to let you know the features and how to use those feaures on that particular HU.

at least you got some specifics now. im sure someone will chime in on how to change those particular things sooner or later.

on my HU, "bass" and "treble" was not adjustable. those are usually features that are included on lower end HU's that dont provide much tweaking.

subwoofer level preout was adjustable by using the "subwoofer" option, which went from 0 (being the lowest preout voltage) to +15 (being the highest preout voltage). bass focus and time alignment was adjustable by following the instructions in the manual. the manual gave you steps to do and equations on how to calculate the millisecond adjustments you needed to make to get a proper soundstage setup.

its all gonna be different for different units.

you have some specifics listed, which is good. no one is going to want to sit down and tell you every single thing about that HU. your best bet, IMHO, is to call alpine and see if you can purchase a 9813 HU manual.
