Alpine CDA-9885...CD Error Message

I just got done installing my new Alpine CDA-9885
Everythig works perfectly except when I insert a CD and "error" message pops up on the screen.
I looked to see if there was a transport screw holding the lens in place but I couldnt find one!
Has anyone else had this problem?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Turned out the HU had a faulty CD Mechanism, Can't wait to get my replacement!
