CD player skipping

Hey guys, I have a 2 week old DEH-P880 Pioneer head unit and when I crank the bass up loud the cd player starts to skip...bad... allbiet it is pretty dang loud and it is shaking everything.
I'm still learning about all this and I don't want to sound dumb or anything, but is this normal or is there something wrong with the radio? Thanks

hu is loose, make sure it's a tight fit and doesn't move around.

Good call, I don't think that it's all that tight cause I did see it moving around when the bass was hitting at it's hardest.. I will tighten it up and go from there.
