Icon8 1994 honda civic HU removal HELP! PICS!

I'm trying to get my GF's HU out and there is one basterd screw that wont come out. I searched and came up with this thread. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showth...ht=honda+civic
It worked great besides the fact that it doesn't mention this rogue screw.
    EX. a

I put some WD-40 and its still stuck. any clue how to get it out before i strip it anymore? Once it comes out the hu should just slide right out.

looks like u can use a small socket or some pliers just to un twist it like a bolt instead of using a screwdriver

x2. use a socket, should come right out,

also tapping the head of the screw works too.

if it is the stock bolt, honda always used 8mm on the back of the radio.
