    im currently running it and honestly, i liked my 2003 model premier p8-mp better. its a decent deck for the money if your not picky like me.

    You're supposed to for 1 rep max testing. It cuts down on the distance the bar has to travel.

    Not true. Watch videos of a powerlifting competition and see how many of those guys do it.

    theres 2 ways of "properly" benching. one is the powerlifting style where you use tricep, shoulder, and back strength to help get the bar up. second is the "bodybuilder" style where arch is minimal and back is flat on the bench. the second technique is to focus more on chest. i train for powerlifting.
    check google on powerlifting and bodybuilding, theres unlimited info on those 2 topics.
