    Double Din HU

    Interested in a comment i heard from a local audio shop where I live. The store Owner who is sponsered by clarion Canada, say's " that double din hu do not have the same internal circutry and don't produce what a 1 din hu can do in terms of sound qaulity and output, less options in terms of eq,Time alighnment and so on. I have been impressed with one of kenwood double din units....

    ....depends what double-din unit you buy....but to say no double-dins have the same features and eqs as 1-din units is incorrect.

    You just cant buy them as cheepely with those features as you can a single din.

    If your that concerned with optimal sound quality, get an external EQ and call it a day. There are some good double din options that have a decent EQ though.
