    Im on the verge of buying this head unit, I found it for $165 shipped, anyone know of a place I can get it cheaper?



    Yes that is a 5 1/4th audiobahn mid speaker in my civic's headrest. circa 2006.

    sonicelectronix usually has the cheapect prices for head units.

    Why not spend the extra $20 to get a warrant etc.. from it? Unless the site you found it at already has it?

    On another note, friend just got this head unit, and it works flawlessly with the IPOD: the 2007 model.

    i have the p4900ib w/ ipod adapter, and it rocks..so im sure that will too!..paid 209 shipped for both, but that was with an installation kit and adapter harness...from crutchfield.

    Yeah the $165 shipped comes with a warranty, 1 year I believe. I never use the warrantys on anything I own because I take care of it, and I havnt been unlucky enough to buy a "defect" of some sort. I heard this model is definately worth the money, and I didnt want to pay the $275 to get the 880, although I might end up selling this one in a month or 2 and upgrade since I got it so cheap, and im sure somebody will buy it for $165, if not at MINIMUM 155
