Alpine 9852 HU powering type-s coaxiles

I just purchased alpine 9852 HU and alpione type-s 5.25" and 5x7 coaxiles.
The HU has
CD player with built-in amplifier (16 watts RMS/45 peak x 4 channels)

The speakers have:
5.25
Power Handling Capacity (RMS): 35W
Power Handling Capacity (Peak): 175W

5x7
Power Handling Capacity (RMS): 50W
Power Handling Capacity (Peak): 250W

Is the HU powerful enough to power my speakers? Is it necessary to purchase an amp? Thanks

It would be preferable to have a amp, but you should be ok. I like the type S coax myself.
