Kenwood Excelon x890 Question
Does the Excelon 890 have a source booster? The XM does not play at the same volume as the CD player. I am sure it is because of the Terk adapter. But I was wondering if some feature like that is available on the x890. If not, is there anything I can do that can match the XM volume to the CD output volume. Thanks
Oh, and I tried looking at the manual. It ***** ***.

Re: Kenwood Excelon x890 Question
It does. I think it's called source volume or something like that, it's in the left knob menus.

im pretty sure to get to it you have to hold down the left knob instead of just the usual 1 click to get to the sub level, fader, etc

Re: Kenwood Excelon x890 Question
Well, I found what you guys were talking about it.
It is called "Volume Offset" but both the XM source and the CD source were all the way to the right at 0, maxed out.
The volume on the XM is still not quite that of the CD player at the same volume.
Any other ideas, fellas???
