how do i know which radio to pick? If it matters i plan on getting 2 15inch kicker L7 with an Hifonics BX 1800D but what will be a good radio? Also in the 100-200 range. I usually run my sounds of of my factory radio but the CD's wont play right.

well what i would do is go to crutchfield.com and then
1. see what fits your vehicle
2. choose the options you want the stereo to support (ipod, xm, mp3, wma,...)
3. once you have a list of stereos just compare between them and see which fits your needs.
4. do a little research on whatever particular model you have decided on
5. ask, nicely, for information from forum members
6. research prices and stuff using sites like pricegrabber.com and/or other price comparison search engines.
good luck.

Absolutely! I did more homework on getting a head unit than any other piece of equipment in my system. It is like your command central. Very important. Crutchfield is a very good place to start. Good luck.![]()
