pioneer DEH-P680MP vs eclipse CD2000?

im looking at both of these headunits, and i am kinda in a pickle. The pioneer is a 4 volt, and the eclipse is a 5 volt, the price is very close, its within about 10-20$. I like the looks of the poineer, its looks a little better, and seems to have more features, but aside of looks, im wondering what you guys think of the SQ of these 2 decks, im gonna be puttin 1000 watt amp to it, so im lookin for a good SQ and the best one to push subs. Any suggestions?

couple of things: what head unit you go with has little to do with the subs and amp you use it with. all the HU will do for you in this instance is help you tune things a little better. people are known to run excellent systems with STOCK HU!
And, to answer your actual question, i have a pioneer 680, and i like it a lot. don't have any experience with the Eclipse line, so i cannot give any feedback on those. but, all i can say is that i think you would be very happy with the Pioneer.
