Hey Working on my buddies car. Alpine 7949 and matching changer. Sorry don't have model number handy. The 6disc cartridge is jamed. Several of the trays are sticking out about 1/3in. Head unit is saying thier is no cartridge in., Any suggestions?

Hell I don't know what I'm going to run, TC Sounds keeps releasing different models and I want them ALL!!
