need help

ok i just got a cd player installed and i needed a new remote wire, so ok they run a new wire, but now there is a ground loup, that wasn't there before with my other cd player, i would like to know how i could find the ground loup and attempt to fix it myself since i don't want to spend anymore money, any information would be appreciated.

they could of just did a bad ground. im not a pro or anything, but that could be it.

then y was it when my old cd player was in it was fine, but when they hooked this one up it has a ground loop??? all they did was replace the remote wire
