Okay, im lookin for one that is good with subs. Like...I want bass, thats the primary concern, the next most importnant concern is not skipping...well not skipping is pretty important...okay: NO SKIPPING, AND A LOT OF BASS. Especialy dont want it to skip becuz of the bass, get what im sayin?

Anyway, the budget is 125 dollars or less, usin ebay probably...but best buy or somethin like that is okay too...any ideas!? thx

To the OP -

First off, unless you're willing to buy used, to get a quality head unit you're most likely going to need to increase your budget. $125 for a BNIB unit won't get you a deck that you can really build a good system off of, IMO.

You can grab a nice alpine unit if you save up about 50 more bucks or so.

but like said you really need to wait a little while save up about 50-75 more bucks and then look at Pioneer, Alpine, possibly Kenwood.

Well thx guys but i just got back from the store and i picked (kinda randomly actualy) a Alpine CDE-9841. Got at Best Buy for $130. Did I get a good one, or no? Anyone with experince with this Head Unit?

its alright pretty basic its a step below my 9843 witch i think is the same thing just mp3 or something.

ya i saw the 9843 right next to the one i got, but it was like 35 bucks more and only diffrence was playin mp3...which i dont relaly care about, and i needed the extra cash to get the install kit and wiring.
