    that was fast.....lol, i know pioneer hu's are really good, but i don't really like the looks of them until you get up to the 8600+ (too expensive), and i kinda wanted to try something different......my decks' screen is boring (blue and white), and while it sounded better than jvc-kdlx111, it doesn't look as good.......i know form should follow function, but if they all give out decent+ sq, shouldn't form be a deciding factor??thats my $.02

    why not get the 6700 or 7700, both can be had for cheap and are very nice

    how much more eq capabilities does the 6600 have over my 4600?the 7600 also???i'd also like to have an rca sub output.......are the buttons on those pioneers the lime green they always use??

    All the others just have good displays but the alpine is the most reliable

    i was going for the alpine, but i remembere people complaining about problems w/ alpine decks.....im not sure of anything as of now...........
