Lettering is rubbed, and face has some scratches, but unit works great and sounds even better. Has sleeve and trim ring also.

Re: FS: Eclipse 5506 Dead Head Copper

I don't believe this is 3 way active. It has 3 way tone control, but I don't think it has an active crossover, just equalizer. I used it with a pair of zapco components that had an external crossover. Great sounding system...

Re: FS: Eclipse 5506 Dead Head Copper

What year was it made? Does it have any CD transport issues? Skipping etc. Any Aux inputs or changer controls?

Re: FS: Eclipse 5506 Dead Head Copper

No transport or skipping problems. I'm out of town right now and can't remember if it has changer controls or aux inputs. Never used a changer with it. You might be able to connect an Ipod to it with an Ipod adapter, but not positive.

Re: FS: Eclipse 5506 Dead Head Copper

    Awesome and RARE.

I had a nice 55060 for a while, hands down cleanest heat unit I've ever heard. Even with only halfway decent speakers you could tell then difference. When I got nicer fronts it really came alive.

    Bump sir.
