For most part in pretty good shape some scratches here and there knob is a little chewy but not terrible. Number 4 button sticks. I would say 7/10. Comes with the harness, trim ring, cage, 8 disk changer and cable for changer no remote. The changer has a small crack across the front but it doesn't effect it's performance.
