I never ran either one, Tested them both and both worked....I couldn't tell you exact differences, I am sure Kenwood upgraded something from the 492 to the 493...I would think anyway, Only difference I really notice is the 493 has more "chrome" on the face. lolOriginally Posted by TheUnderFighter
