The alpine dealer in my town has said the same thing... They think it's more about marketing strategy from Alpine

Absolutely is the case how else are goIng to sell the same thing over and over you loose market appeal and loss in incremental units sold basic business 101

Anyway, sweet deck, awesome price. I was a hair away on one of these. Honestly don't need all the functions this does, hence going a different route.

For those who PM'd me... This unit has full capabilities for RTA real time alignment, cross over 3 way with switch, and much much more...

This IS a nice unit for that price. Sounds waaay better than the $800 Pioneer flip-out I had. Now I just need Xhibit to hook me up with processors so my processors can be processed while they process.

If this is still up by next friday when I get paid again I'll most likely jump on this.
