    Re: sound deadener help

I put about 50sq ft of Protecto roof(menards, same as peel/seal from lowes, etc) in the trunk of my bonneville... the trunk doesn't rattle anymore, but i haven't got around to the tail lights to stop rattling, thats the only thing i have left. I used a heat gun to pretty much melt the stuff before i put it on.

    Re: sound deadener help

I have alot of experience with both Peel n Seal (sometimes called Watherguard, WeatherProtect, Grace Roofing, Peel n Seal etc.) and eDead.

eDead is a little bit easier to work with, and more effective. I won't lie about it, i've used excessive amounts of both. Peel n Seal is almost as good, but less thick.

Peel n Seal is normally about 0.45 cents per square foot and eDead v1 is about 80 cents per sq ft.

So, if you can find Peel n Seal in your area, go for that, it works great, if you don't want to use it, go for eDead v1 (or v1 SE if it fits your budget, v1 SE is awesome), you won't be disappointed.

    Re: sound deadener help

coupon code on edead is CACOMGB i think, 20% off. shipping is kinda expensive, so if u could get peel n seal locally u could save a bit.
