Are there different models of the kicker kx1200.1?

On ebay, there are two different models of the kx1200.1. One of them looks kinda bland and is cheaper, while the other is more modern looking and has typical kicker looks. What's the difference? Check on ebay and you'll see exactly what I mean.

    RE XXX15 (stolen)

    ED nine.1 (stolen)
