Cold weather is great for amps . Not so sure about speakers tho. You may not want to turn your system on full blast first thing in the morning. Let it warm up at low volumes for a bit.
I have no clue how cold weather affects speakers but just a suggestion.

I have been told by a pro installer that it is best to allow your system to warm up before you pound it. The cold stiffens and restricts the cone as well as other components of a sub. I live in Minnesota so this was my concern too.
Exactly correct. Cold is murder on the speakers.
Let me ask you this. In cold weather is it good to start your car and just go before it warms up?
Thought you'd agree...
