    i have a 94 cadillac deville and I'm thinking about getting 2 L7 12s and a kx1200.1. what i want to know is for the type or car i have witch box would sound better sealed or vented?

    Well, with that kind of setup I would assume you're going for SPL...but I could be wrong...

    What are you looking to do with the system? Get loud? Sound good? Little of both?

    thanks well i had 4 MAs 750waitts a pice and 1 1000wait kenwood it was ok.i want to out do that one with the 2 12's and sound loud and good at the same time. a friend of mine said i was doing about 140db with the 4 MA 12's.

    i drive a caddy seville, go ported man take advantage of your big trunk... you wont regret it. some other tips are remove 6x9s so base can play through, and if ur backseat has a fold down armrest cut a hole in the sheet metal behind it and you'll get a lot more bass too.

    caddys are pretty good cars for SPL cause they have pretty decent sound deadning already... but ur trunk lid is going to need a shitload.

    you know i always felt my L5's sealed were pretty weak sauce until i got down to the bottom of the rattlage yesterday. world of difference. once i port it i dunno if i'm gonna **** my pants or nut
