    help newb with compleat system

Hello all I am new to the car audio thing and i would like some advice on a good dependable system. I listen mostly to heavy meatal and rock I would like a tight bass hit. The system will be going into an 89 4runner and will be moved into another suv next year.

I was thinking 2 10" RE SE or SX and a good pair of 6"*9" and door speakers.
a decent head unit nothing fancy as i want the system to be hidden from theives, And a nice amp to power all of it up. My budjet is around 1500+$ i dont mind spending more because i want this to be the last system i will buy.

I thing a sealed box is what i need but i am not sure, I have heard pheonox gold makes a good amp and alpine makes a nice deck but i am open to suggestion.

    thanks

Hahaha, I don't know how many times I have said that one.

SX 12's would sound nice. Get a nice big amp, 2 kw or more. (I am selling just what you need, hint hint )

Get some good components, maybe even the XXX components. You shouldn't need any 6x9's with that much midbass. Make some kick panels, and get an amp for your comps, you can go pg.

I, personally don't care for alpine. I have a pioneer 860, and it is the best deck I have ever seen/messed with. Lots of features, and the song navigation is awesome.

That would be a really nice system, and should be the last one you will need.
