Yeah, I've got a word for them...crap!!! Actually, not bad for the money, but Lanzar is a lot better for the money.

Newsflash, unless you're running dual 2's in paralell off an amp that can only go 4 ohms bridged then what sub you're powering has NOTHING to do with blowing your amp. Saying you blew your amp with a 10" sub, therefore the amp is crap makes no sense at all.

From all I've read and heard Jensen's are a pretty good budget amp. When money was priority #1 for me I took about 6 mo. testing 3 or 4 different "cheap" amps. I settled on the lanzar vibe series. I haven't heard anything that can beat them for the money.

I think you're being unfair to Lanzar.

Yea pretty much Jensens amps are ok but not anything to brag about lanzar is alot better of an amp. Now Jensesn sub are another thing they are amazing for the price IMO but thats just me.

assuming it's a dvc4 I think you should go with a jbl 600.1. You'd have more than enough power and class D efficiency. The problem with the vibe is that you'd want a 4 ohm mono load on it and you can't get that with a single dvc 4 sub.
