Front speakers turn on and off need help!!!

OK i own a eclipse CD3414 also 1 JL 300/4 and 4 fx-8 boston audio's. Recently i was tunning my amp because i wanted to listen to some techno and tranz music tonight while driving and after tunning it. The front speakers would shut off after half way off on the song.4-5 scounds would pass then they would come back on and it was like a pattern. I only messed with my front speakers to just hit the low end a little more. just change the it a little. I went to change it back and still dose it. an suggestion on whats going on? ive reseted my headunit a few times now.
