So i know some of u say JL doesn't really care about there customer service, but i found out yesterday the they have really good customer service.
I went to HiFi buys yesterday because the surround on my 10w6v2 was tearing. I go to the salesperson and tell him about and he say that the JL rep for GA and one of the technicians are there and to talk to them. I tell them about it and they come out and look at my car. The technician tells me im pushing it to hard and its exceding its mechanical limits because of my settings. He takes about 30min to an hour to completly retune my system componets, sub, and everything. The mid bass blends smoother with the sub now and it has alot better sq. While the tech was doing this the rep went in and told hifi buys to go ahead and give me a new sub.
Just wanted to share my experiance and say that JL isn't all that bad even though they are pricey.
