Can me and my friend build him a "system" for 300 bucks?

I was thinkin about gettin a 4 channel amp, front components, use the other two channels for a small sub.

But...he needs a deck. Could we get by with 300-350 dollars?

you can with ebay and u can if u bur low budget and used equiment. I mean look around on the internet and go to pawn shops and tv repair shops. But u are gonna have to build him that box.
