    I'm guessing that the tweet is not 4 ohms, more like 5 after considering any Besel filtering and impedance bumps, and the freq is around 3500 hz. If that is not the case then it is some strange alignment crossover with a stepped rolloff.

    Besel filter is a impedance flattening filter. Gets rid of the impedance spike in tweeters at resonance and lessens the impedance rise at higher frequencies due to inductance in woofers. Helps make the actual crossover performance predictable.

    Correction insert Zobel everywhere you see Besel in one of my posts above. Get a year older and the sinility kicks in...
