    ANd labor is $200.00

Why is your FRIEND charging you for labor? It's a decent deal if you can get your other friends to help you put it in, or get that friend to cut out the labor. I got free parts and labor at the local shop, and I don't even know the guy. It's just good business. I'm not a big alpine speaker fan, so I would go with something else, but that's just me. And you do need a bigger amp for those subs, much bigger. I'm only running two 10" subs and I have a 1000watt amp hooked up to them. Of course, they are Kicker Solo-Baric L7's, LOL.

Alpine makes some really good stuff! You do need a more powerful amp. You can find JBL 1200.1 amps on ebay really cheap. If you have the money upgrade to the type R subs. Other wise your system looks good.
