    Amp Tuning, First timer :/

So my only experience with car audio is installing this first system. It's been a fun journey, learning everything from scratch and on the fly. And now I've discovered that I need to tune my amp specifically for what I have installed in my system. Multimeters and tuning CD's??? It's all a bit overwhelming. I have a buddy that says he knows how to tune it. But until I link up with him, can anybody tell me what would be a good general setting to set my Amp to according to my system setup?

HU: KENWOOD DNX5190 Double Din / RMS Power Output- 22W
    Front Component Speakers: Rockford Fosgate PRIME R165-S / 2 way / 4 Ohm / RMS - 40W
    Rear Speakers: Rockford Fosgate PRIME R152 / 2 way / 4 ohm / RMS - 35W
    10" Sub: Downfire Pioneer TS-SWX251 / 4 ohm / RMS - 200W
Amp: KENWOOD X700-5 5 CHANNEL with the below rated settings:
    40 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms + 300 watts x 1 at 4 ohms
    50 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms + 500 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms
    100 watts RMS x 2 bridged at 4 ohms + 500 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms

Using the attached picture, what should I put each nob on?

Re: Amp Tuning, First timer :/

In my opinion to play it safe I would set the x-overs at front speakers 100hz rear 80hz subs 80 hz then the gains or input sensitivity as it is on the amp no more than half way. If you want to tune by ear turn HU up to 3/4 max start with the gains at min then slowly turn each up until hear distortion.

    Pioneer DEH 80 PRS
    1 Sundown SD-2 10,
Kicker SS56.2 components.(Soon to be changed out) Anyone with a set of these or maybe a single mid I'm looking
    Rockford Fosgate T-1000.1bd
    Pioneer GM6400f

This isn't baseball I'm the original DH Richard Ctranium
