As for the HU, you need to listen to them yourself, every brand has its own sound, the Alpine is much better but you may not like it.
Yea, you can get rear fill (he's right Id personally ditch them all together) but only amp front components. If you find your ears getting pulled to the back put the fader balancer thing up front more.

    Don't listen to me.

i think ill listen to your recommendations and get better front speakers and leave the rear ones stock, the problem is the front speakers have to be slim because of issues with space.

Just fade them out if nobody is in the back. A well built front stage can fill even a large car with good sound.

budget is 250$ for front speakers if there is no rear and they have to be slim ("The size speaker required for the front door are SLIM (very important, otherwise the front window won't fully open) 6.5" or 160mm diameter.")

No, Id go with the CDT's. You know those focals have a mounting depth of over 2"?

I think there are CDT CL-62SL. Those look nice and are under (1.5") the 46mm mounting depth (1.8")
