Probably a bad ground.
Bought from Underfire, Stephens30228.
ill check that out but how would the windows button even be involved in the radio

Power consumption. Ground network...all accessories use the same ground. Make sure your grounded properly and that your switch is okay.
this how i got my ground

Electric motors and solenoids make electrical noise spikes. Your RCA cables could be picking up a power spike when the window motors start. Does it do the same thing when you click the door locks?

Window motors take allot more power then a door lock I'd imagine. Especially if the motor is not in top shape.

looks like an okay ground... maybe try sanding it down really smooth with some 220 sandpaper (that's what i did) and i noticed a hell of a difference in sound as well, so maybe that's something you'd like to try
