I would get the saz just because, but the powerbass will probably put out more.

I just say that cuz I didn't have much luck with my old powerbass. I replaced it with my sundown sae and that was years ago. She don't look the greatest but still works like a champ. But Idk about the new amps.....

Flip a coin, you will not notice a difference on a few hundred watts..

Pick which ever is cheaper cause a SP4 will laugh at those amps.

Re: Saz 3k or Powerbass xta-4000

I would get the Sundown because it will be more reliable, and you would not notice the extra power from the PB amp. Make sure that you have solid electrical.

If you are that unsure then you definitely shouldn't run that much power.

Its a 4" voice coil its going to be power hungry, not unless you plan on doing a 4th order then 3k will suffice.
