You talking to Dave or Robbie? Robbie strayed me along forever and a day, finally spoke to Dave and it shipped out the next day....
x2 on worth the wait IMO. Have seen too many issues with all the other alts out there.

It sounds like they don't want your business. Take your money elsewhere.
Well looks like after calling and speaking directly to Dave my alternator was sent out today!!
He even sent me a picture of it

Seeexxxxyyyyyyyy alt bro!
Yeah man I waited 3 months for mine. But I promise you the wait is worth it.
Dave gets stuff handled, nice looking alt....
So what's this Robbie's problem? Is he like the tag along **** up and Dave just covers for him? Sounds pretty ridiculous for a company like that.
Robbie is one of the owners actually. Nice guy but tends to make some false promises now and then. Took a LONG time to get the 390xp for my minivan, but it was custom made to replace the AC compressor. Bolted on in 10 minutes, easiest alt install I've ever done and alt is a beast.
Just got it in the mail today! I'll post up some better pictures later.
Question: How do i get the alt to run at 14.8 volts? A lot of their test videos only show it running at 14 volts
NOTE: I have not installed it yet so I don't know if it runs at 14 or 14.8 I'm just going by what im seeing in the videos
For example, its only shown running T 14 volts here:
