I have a 2002 Subaru Forester and I am looking to getting a complete new system for my car.

Please chime in on this decision and tell me what you think. Tell me what i could do better or if this is good!

The only thing I like on your list is the headunit. It seems just fine for a cheap HU. The Kickers in the Kicker prefab box is too expensive for what it is. The box is tuned to high and they sound like crap. The amp is also a POS. Much better can be had for the money. And ditch the cap. You don't need it running only 900 rms. And even if you were running a lot of watts I'd tell you to go with an extra battery.

my budget is around 500-600 tops
and the biggest setup i can have in my car is dual 12's
and my subs will be used for hip/hop and rap if that helps
you still need the amp kit ,dash kit and harness .ok 2 american bass xd 12 d4 for 200 shipped ,a ph 1600 for 160 shipped ,box for 200amp kit 40 .dash kit and harness if not an integration harness ,free, thats 600 plus paypal fees and no deck ,but still a nice system . 700 with the deck ,all new with warranty to

this is a sick deal and would blow away anything mentioned if you are ok on used 375 shipped wow sub is about 300 shipped alone 50 pound sub
but thats only 1 sub would that be as loud as 2 shock triton 12's
those shock tritons look pretty good

one sub in the proper box and clean power would completely suprize you. nothing against any subs mentioned, just saying you don't need two subs to get decent output.

With that limited budget, I would look at doing a single 12. Use the money you save by going with 1 sub to get your wiring and other install parts needed.
Instead of pushing the limits by being set on two subs, just do what your budget actually allows.
