what is everyone doing there the wall meets where the piller would be where the suicide rear doors latch , i cannot think of a good way to seal off the wall from the back

You have to go around it the best you can and use some kind of gasket if you can. What kind of latch did you use for your door, or maybe pics of how it is setup so we can give you advice?
